PayEx Customer Service is divided into two areas.
Front Office
PayEx Front Office handles questions regarding payments, reminders etc. The service also includes more operation related areas, such as delivery, quality and changes of the customers personal information. PayEx also develops solutions for online customer services.
Our solutions are built on new technology. Modern telephony solutions makes it simple and efficient to take care of your customers questions.
Back Office
Back Office enclose registration of customer agreements, credit information, archiving, distribution, fraud handling, changes of address etc.
To be able to solve these tasks PayEx are always connected to necessary external systems. We take responsibility and handle incoming e-mail and regular mail and take care of complaints, applications of automatic payment services etc.
