PayEx offers processing of Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners. We process card transactions between merchants and acquirers throughout the world and support the leading currencies.

Merchants maintain a higher level of security through PayEx, and good guarantees for their transactions. VISA/MasterCard are global electronic methods of payment that are used for internet trade.

Both by development of company safety mechanisms and routines, and implementation of branch safety mechanisms, trade by electronic media has become safer for both customer and merchant. PayEx supports Visa's protocol 3D Secure (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard SecureCode among others. This type of functionality gives payment guarantees since the bank of issue verifies the customer's identity - something that again secures completed transactions.

PayEx is connected to a number of banks and acquirers, both domestic and foreign, that secure the possibility to negotiage/modify the acquirer without the merchant having to make technical modifications on their side.

In order for PayEx to process card transactions for a merchant, it is necessary that the merchant enters into a credit card agreement with one of the acquirers. PayEx cooperates with a number of nordic and international acquirers.
