PosPay® is a fully integrated payment solution that communicates with modern cash register computer systems with Windows or Linux. The system is installed directly in the hardware of the PC and can use the same network as the merchant's cash register computer system. In addition, a security-approved terminal (PIN-pad) for use with all types of cards as well as entry of PIN-code.

PosPay® is an online payment system that uses modern communication solutions for transfer of authorisations and payments to card issuers for balance verification.

Since PosPay® is installed in an open platform, all the data in the system is encrypted. This increases security compared to other payment systems.

All suppliers of cash register computer systems for Windows or Linux can integrate their solutions with PosPay® to deliver an integrated and complete package to the customer.

Integrated payment solutions
Pos System has a close collaboration with a number of suppliers that provide cash register computer systems to customers within retail, trade-specific sales, hotel/restaurant, and the car rental branch. What they all have in common is that they have integrated PosPay® in their cash register systems. This means that they do not need to enter the sum in the terminal, because with an integrated solution, the sum is automatically transferred to the payment solution. This way, you get a payment solution that is easy to use and securely exchanges data.

Independent payment solution
With use of PosPay® as an independet solution, there is no connection to the cash register system as with an integrated solution. To register the payment, the solution is delivered with its own terminal window that is used to enter the amount from the register.

Multi-terminal
PosPay® can also be delivered with a multi-terminal function. With PosPay® as a multi-terminal, multiple merchants that for example, share an office, are able to use the same terminal. PosPay® multi-terminal can be delivered both as an indepentdent and an integrated solution.

International solution
PosPay® is based on international standards and can already be used as a payment system in Scandinavia. Each day it becomes easier for enterprises with stores in multiple countries where all of them can use the same payment system which produces the same reports. The customer is treated the same in all the stores and the enterprise can use the same profile regardless of geographic location.

Tailored solutions
The need for customer loyalty and bonus solutions has gradually gained importance in most branches, and Pos System has a long experience and solid competence in development of such solutions. PosPay® payment system can be combined with existing or new systems for bonus cards and customer loyalty.
